Because DIC cares about their customers and wishes to provide them with peace of mind while they enjoy their driving their vehicle.
What to do in case of an accident For queries contact the DIC claim department on 04 – 269 3030
  • Please contact the Police and report the loss on time or on discovering the loss
  • Never Admit Liability of the accident
  • Approach any DIC personnel on duty via phone , fax or mail
  • Complete an Accident Report Form which will be provided
  • Complete an Accident Report Form which will be provided
Claim notification
Please report your claim via fax number +971 4 269 3727 or by visiting our office by submitting the below listed documents to claims department:
Documents required
  • Police report
  • Completed claim form
  • Registration card copy
  • Driver license copy
Remark: Based on the nature of the loss, we might request for additional supporting documents that are not stated above that will help us settling your claim.
Claims department, upon receipt of the required claim documents, will advice the insured or his representative for the action to be taken in order to finalize the claim. You shall receive an acknowledgement to your claim notification along with claim reference.
