Job Description:	Report to: Operations Manger / General Manager Direct reports: Medical & Life Departments Level: Senior- Management Salary: Competitive Salary Plus Benefits. We are seeking a senior individual to take on the role of Head of Life and Medical for our “Dubai Care” division. Due to a substantial increase in our growth and written premiums within our Life & Health care divisions, We are seeking candidates with Vast experience at the top management level for this role. You will be responsible for the following: • Operational Management and planning • Managing the Underwriting, Claims department of both divisions • Managing resources, projects and communicating with 3rd parties • Implementing, fine tuning and creating processes and procedures • Ability to Communicate effectively with Senior mangers and take part in Corporate meetings • Ability to manage the infrastructure within the department and look at ways of improving current operations • Responsible for budgeting reports and other department requirements • Must have 5+ years experience at Top management Level with Practical experience in Life and Medical •
