 Dubai Insurance Company is proud to announce the opening of its first customer service centre for the UAE and extends its support across the entire GCC region.The opening of the centre will mark the company’s continuous efforts, as a prominent insurer, to provide exceptional service to all its customers.
Mr. Abdellatif Abuqurah, General Manager, commented: “This is part of our strategy to address the growth of the business and enhance the process of obtaining insurance for our customers”.
The new Call Centre, based in Dubai, was officially launched on the 3rd January 2010. The branch will mark the start of the New Year and serve to ease any congestion experienced by callers and help provide a superior service and better quality measures for our customers and clients.
The hotline number for the Call Centre is 800 Dubins ( 800 382467) .
This number will be accessible to all UAE Emirates and also GCC customers. The operating hours will be between 8am to 5 pm, Sunday - Thursday . Excluding the public holidays.
